All orders for frozen items will only be sent by EXPRESS POST through Australia Post to avoid spoilage due to long delivery time. Flat rate applies for orders up to 5 kilos.
NOTE: Additional shipping fee applies for orders above 5 kilos or bulky orders, which will be advised once order is ready for dispatch.
Usual Delivery Time
2-3 business days within Sydney and other major cities; sometimes up to 4 business days to regional areas.
Frozen Product Delivery Advisory
For orders shipped to farther locations, frozen items may arrive partially defrosted even with the use of cold chain packaging. Don’t worry — they’re still safe to enjoy! Please refrigerate and consume them as soon as possible.
Dispatch Period
We dispatch orders with frozen items only from Monday-Wednesday to avoid spoilage when orders are processed in courier’s warehouse on the weekends.

Our products are delivered straight to your door, anywhere in Australia, at a low flat rate for orders up to 5 kilos.
FREE Shipping
Free shipping for orders above $150 for orders up to 5 kilos or bulky order.

Usual Delivery Time
3-5 business days within Sydney; 5-7 days to other major cities; and 5-10 days to regional areas
Express Option:
Express Post for dry goods can be availed at a flat rate of $22.95 (up to 5 kilos).

Contact us directly if you have further questions regarding our delivery, or you want to make a special arrangement. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer international shipping (i.e. outside Australia).
Returns:
All items purchased through our website are not exchangeable and not refundable due to change of mind. However, if you encounter any issues with our products please contact us with your order number and details. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. If the return is due to our error, a full refund can be made excluding shipping and handling charges.
Cancellations:
Once you have submitted an order, it is already considered final and confirmed. Hence, we strongly recommend checking your orders before submitting, as title of the goods passes to you when the payment was made.
Damaged Items:
While we pack every order very carefully, fragile items can infrequently be damaged during transit. If you have received a damaged item, please accept our apologies and contact us immediately. We will either replace the item or give you a full refund.
